This Privacy Policy explains how Neuralworks AI, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit looplooploop.ai (the "Site") — the marketing website for loop — or join the loop waitlist. The Site is operated by Neuralworks AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices in San Francisco, California. loop is currently in private preview.

Information you provide. If you join the loop waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. If you email us, we also collect your email address and the contents of your message. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need your email to add you to the waitlist and contact you about loop.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and settings, device information, referring pages, and the pages you view, along with the dates and times of your visits. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies, subject to the consent controls described below.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us through the Site.
The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf.

We keep your email and other personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to operate the waitlist and tell you about loop — and as required to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time, after which we delete or de-identify your information.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization and to verify your identity.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
