These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of looplooploop.ai — the marketing website for loop — including the waitlist and any features on it (the "Site"), operated by Neuralworks AI, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. By accessing or using the Site, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Site is an informational and marketing website for loop, a product currently in private preview. It describes loop and lets you join a waitlist to be notified about availability. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to loop, a particular timeline, pricing, or any features, and nothing on the Site is an offer, contract, or commitment to provide loop or any service. loop's features, availability, and these arrangements may change at any time. If and when loop is made available to you, your use of the product will be governed by a separate agreement presented at that time.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the design and arrangement of the Site — are owned by Neuralworks AI, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. "loop" and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it (including about loop's availability or features) is accurate, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuralworks AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the waitlist. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuralworks AI, Inc. and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, the waitlist, or loop at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
